Return and Refund Policy

Order spot is only confirmed after checkout. Must be placed by end of same day.
Orders are only accepted Monday- Friday
3-5 day processing time. Up to 7 day processing time during sale and holiday periods.
Order cannot be changed after order confirmation
No refund due to customer sizing errors. Sizing is customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect shipping address cannot be changed after order is sent out. If sent to the wrong address customer must pay $5 for the order to be reshipped.
After shipping i'm not responsible for shipping carrier errors, once the order is scanned into the carriers system it is no longer Iki beauty studio responsibility.
No returns or exchanges
Standard order is 10 nails per set
Order must be purchased by end of the same day or the spot will be given to the next person in line
Pricing is dependent on design intricacies not length
