Frequently Asked Questions

You can start by ordering a sizing kit and selecting your preferred sizes, shapes, and designs. Our orders open every Monday morning at 9 am EST, and we only have 25 design level sets available per week on a first-come, first-serve basis. To place an order, simply message us on Instagram or send us an email with your request, including design, nail shape, nail sizes, and base color preference (and any pictures or drawings you may have). We always have solid color sets and sizing kits available Monday-Friday, with no limit on quantity unless otherwise stated. Please note that we don't take orders over the weekends, but we do offer shape finders and sizing kits.

We require all new customers to order a sizing kit, and the existing clients only when what to try a new shape and length. This kit includes one nail in each size and shape you prefer. Each shape has different sizing, so make sure to size your nails individually. Still have questions? Check out our Instagram or send us a message! 

Each set comes with 2 form of application. Liquid Glue or Temporary Glue Tabs. Liquid glue is meant to last 14+ days, while temporary glue tabs are meant to last 1-3 days. Each order of Iki Press Ons comes with a complimentary application kit, including liquid nail glue, a sponge buffer, and a cuticle pusher. If you prefer to use temporary glue tabs, let us know when placing your order. 

If you're using liquid glue, remember that they're meant to last at least two weeks. So, don't try to remove them before 10 days. If you're using temporary glue tabs, they can be safely removed with warm water and oil.

Yes! Our press-on nails are reusable and can be worn multiple times with proper care and maintenance, proper removal and care on average up to 5 times.

Every set of Iki Press Ons is made from 100% soft gel materials, same materials we use for Gel X system at the salon, but with the comfort at your home, all materials fully cured so no harsh chemicals or crazy toxins here! making them lightweight and comfortable to wear.

We offer a wide variety of shapes to choose from, including extra extra short round, extra extra short squoval, extra extra short soft square, extra short round, extra short square, extra short almond, short coffin, short round, short almond, short square, short stiletto, medium round, medium square, and medium coffin.
